The Morris Public Library (4 North Street, Morris, CT) will host Dr. Lori Monaco, transformational speaker and coach, with her new presentation “Unplug! Turn Off Technology a Little Every Day” on Tuesday, February 4, at 6:30 p.m. (snow date – February 6.)
Dr. Lori Monaco will present a plan to get you and your family to “turn off” technology a little every day. She will speak about how the brain handles technology and what is too much, whether we need a break from it for our health and if so, why. The participants will learn about the power and the challenges of technology to the human brain and our emotional well-being.
Dr. Monaco believes in the awesomeness of the human race, the power of the human potential, that we are all connected, that it’s up to us to save ourselves and this planet and that it starts now.
Lori Monaco, D.C., maintains her full-time practice as she continues lecturing at health and wellness venues. Her recent education studies have focused on neuroscience, quantum theory and human behavior.
Lori has 3 daughters and resides in Shelton, CT.
