The Morris Public Library welcomes back Sydney Sherman, author of “You Are Not Alone,” with her new virtual workshop “Understanding Your Senses”, Wednesday, September 22, 6:30 PM.

In “Understanding Your Senses,” Sydney focuses on many ways participants can learn to use their senses, i.e. smell, hearing, sight and touch, to connect with their loved ones who have passed on from this life. The presentation offers a very detailed explanation of the “how” our loved ones are still here and explores “how” we can tune in to their presence and communicate with them after they have died.

Sydney specializes in the study of Thanatology, or the afterlife, which offers scientific approaches to how each sense works, and how we can be taught to pick up the clues from the afterlife. Participants are given step-by-step instructions and demonstrations for each sense.
