Ollie’s Pet Rescue at the Morris Public Library, Tuesday, July 21, 10 am

Join us at the Morris Public Library on July 21st from 10:00-10:30 for an author reading of Ollie’s Pet Rescue with a live visit from the real-life basset hound Oliver Puck, the therapy dog who inspired this heartwarming children’s book about animal rescue, friendship, and love. We’ll have time for a craft as well as pets of Ollie. Recommended age – PreK and early elementary.

Ollie’s Pet Rescue is a tale of how a puppy came to be rescued and then ended up saving his own animal friends through love and determination. Follow Ollie as he leaves his shelter friends behind to meet his new human parents and their barn full of other rescue pets on the family farm. Together, they find a way to make their amazing dreams come true!

Inspired by the real-life story of Oliver “Ollie” Puck, an adopted Basset Hound brimming with a larger-than-life personality, Ollie’s Pet Rescue will delight readers as they join in the fun of this animal friend adventure!
