Hoopla is an all-in-one media service where you can browse 700,000+ titles in six different formats—audiobooks, eBooks, comics/graphic novels, full music albums, movies, and TV—and instantly borrow, then download or stream, the titles of your choice!
You can access the title you borrow instantly on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. With Hoopla, there are no holds or waiting!
All borrowed content may be enjoyed while connected to the Internet or Wi-Fi
by streaming. On a mobile device, borrowed content may be temporarily downloaded and accessed offline.
Hoopla is easy to use and provides instant access (again, with
no holds or waiting!) to the titles you want when you want them. As a Morris Public Library cardholder, you may borrow up to 5 titles per month.

MORRIS PUBLIC LIBRARY ADDS FILM STREAMING SERVICE, KANOPY
With Kanopy, Morris Public Library Patrons Will Have Access to more than 30,000 Films, For FREE
The popular on-demand film streaming service Kanopy is now available for free at the Morris Public Library. Library card holders can access Kanopy and sign up to start streaming films on instantly by visiting https://morrispubliclibrary.kanopy.com
Films can be streamed from any computer, television, mobile device or platform by downloading the Kanopy app for iOS, Android, AppleTV, Chromecast or Roku.
Offering what the New York Times calls “a garden of cinematic delights,” Kanopy showcases more than 30,000 of the world’s best films, including award-winning documentaries, rare and hard-to-find titles, film festival favorites, indie and classic films, and world cinema with collections from Kino Lorber, Music Box Films, Samuel Goldwyn, The Orchard, The Great Courses, PBS and thousands of independent filmmakers.
Featuring a subdivision Kanopy Kids, the service gives access to a collection of high quality children’s programs to help young viewers develop empathy, mindfulness and critical thinking.

Museum and Park Passes
It’s time to explore! From July 1 to September 6, Connecticut children age 18 and under plus one accompanying adult can visit participating museums free of charge through the Connecticut Summer at the Museum program.
From art and children's museums and historical sites to zoos, aquariums, and science centers, CLICK HERE for a list of properties participating in #CTSummerMuseums.
Please make sure you check each museum for online advance ticketing and reservations, as they may be required.
Passes for reduced or free admission to the following institutions and parks are available to borrow at the Morris Public Library. Thank you to the MPL Friends Group for this service.
$9 admission rate per person, adult or child, limit up to 6 people in your own family each day. Patron must bring a Morris Library card and a photo ID in the same name.
One free touring admission with each paid admission. Maximum of 4 free admissions per day, per card. Please note: Science Dome tickets are an additional fee.
Admission free (up two adults and two children). Parking is located at State Street South Parking Garage $5 all day with stamp validation, available at welcome desk.
Half-priced admission for up to 6 family members. General admission is $8 for adults and children. Children under 1 year are free.
Admit free any four people. One adult must accompany children under 16.
